Mariner's Game

We took Keegan to his first Mariner's game last Thursday. Jason's Mom bought all the guys tickets for father's day, so it was a fun family outing. The Mariner's lost (big suprise), but it was still a fun time. Keegan was asleep when we first got to the stadium and when he woke up it was pretty funny seeing his reaction to all the lights and noise...he was looking back and forth like crazy. Thanks Auntie Bridget for taking pictures and for Keegan's Mariner's outfit...he looked pretty cute!

More smiles

Keegan has been FULL of smiles and talking like crazy the last two days, so I tried to catch some on camera...it is kind of a strange angle, but they crack me up!

Mr. and Mrs. Welch

Congrat's Stephanie and Andrew! We took Keegan to our friends wedding reception last night and he was great with the exception of us trying to take this picture! The reception was lots of fun and we wish the new couple a lifetime of happiness!

Hanging out with Grandma

My Mom came over yesterday and we went and did some errands and then she and Keegan had some time together out on the front porch since the weather was so nice. You have to be sure and read Keegan's shirt. My parents have a Nordic Tugboat, so when I saw this outfit I knew I had to buy it for Keegan.

Finally a smile

We finally caught a smile on camera! It has been really hard to catch him smiling since he will only look at the camera rather than us, so then he isn't entertained and won't smile anymore. It has been lots of fun having him smile and start to talk to us. He gets really entertained if you repeat the sounds he makes back to him.

Nice drool!

Gardening with Mommy

We have still been hard at work on our landscaping and I desperately needed to weed my flower beds, but how do you get outside during the day with a 2 month old when the mosquito's are brutal? Well Grandma found the perfect solution, a bug net that fit right over his car seat! Keegan did great just looking around and eventually fell asleep, what a good boy! Marley on the other hand thought it was a perfect opportunity for me to play fetch and kept bringing his tennis ball over for me to throw.

Professional Pictures

Keegan had his first professional pictures taken at 7 weeks. They turned out really cute and he was actually pretty good the whole time. It was much easier to get pictures of him than Jason who tried to avoid the camera! We did manage to get Jason's feet in one picture and a partial of his face in another. These are a few of my favorite pics.

Boppy Pillow

Both Keegan and Marley love the Boppy pillow. Marley thinks it is the perfect place to curl up for a nap. If Keegan is in it Marley will just come up and lay his head on it. Maybe I need two Boppy's....one for each of the boys.

I'm 2 months old!

Hard to believe that Keegan is already 2 months old! He had his check up at the doctor and he is 13 # 1 oz. and 22 1/4 inches long. It's amazing how fast he is growing and changing. He has started sleeping longer stretches at night anywhere from 4-6 hours at a time....Yeah! It has been great getting more sleep, but when I wake up and haven't heard him for a while I still have to check on him. Keegan also got his first immunization shot this week. He cried, but recovered quickly. Keegan is much more alert and loves looking around at everything especially windows or lights. Not the cutest picture, but I thought it was such a funny face.
