My First Haircut!
Keegan got his first haircut last night by our friend Krista (Tanner's Mom) at her salon Delamae. He did as well as any squirmy 9 month old would do, turning his head, trying to look up etc., but no crying and no cut fingers for Krista, so that was good! She even used the clippers on the back of his head and he didn't seem to mind. I'm still constantly amazed at what an even temperament he has.

Keegan and Jason were playing on the floor the other night while I unloaded groceries. Keegan loves to play with plastic containers and my Mom found a silver cup for him that I use to play with when I was little.

Keegan's New Cousin
Welcome Maya Luella Pratt! A beautiful little girl was born this morning at 11:10am. She weighs 7# 5 oz and is 20 1/2 inches long. She joins big sister Addy and Mom Angela and Dad Joel. Congrats guys and welcome baby Maya to our family! Keegan is excited to have another cousin!

I'm 9 months old!
Another month gone and a step closer to being one. Hard to believe how fast the time has gone by. Keegan had his 9 month well child check and his stats are:
Weight 23# 1 1/2 ounces
Height 29 1/4 inches
Both of these are in the 85th percentile, so he is definitely still big, but not quite as big as he was before.
Keegan's first tooth also appeared this morning!!!! Yeah!!! I was beginning to think they were never going to show up! I have been checking everyday since he is drooling like crazy right now and there was the tiniest little bit of his lower right tooth poking out. He is a little cranky and has a mild fever, but it doesn't seem to bother him too much, I think he was more annoyed that I kept trying to look and feel in his mouth.
Keegan new favorite things right now are yogurt and "playing" with Marley (he likes to grab dog toys and wave them at Marley) and he gets really excited and laughs if Marley will actually grab the toy from him. He is also still obsessed with my cell phone and I guess I shouldn't have let him play with it because now every call I get or dial says it was done on October 22nd at 6:13am.....oops. I think this will now be Keegan's phone and I'll get a new one!
